We ship via USPS or UPS — whichever gets your order to you the most reliably based on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.​

Orders are fulfilled within 3 business days of purchase. Weekends and holidays don't count, so if you order on a Friday, expect your order to start moving the following week.

Shipping & handling is a flat rate on every order, regardless of what's in your cart. No surprises at checkout.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unworn, with no visible signs of use or wear. If it's been on a trail, we can't take it back.

To start a return, reach out to us through the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

​Return shipping is $5.95, deducted directly from your refund. We keep it simple — no need to pay upfront or deal with labels. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
